The experts from the Maria Sklodowska-Curie Research Institute of Oncology, U.S. Department of Veterans AffairsMedical Society of Virginia (MSV)Virginia Commonwealth UniversityUniversity of Virginia and the Polish Oncological Society shared the knowledge and hands-on experience in policies, procedures and trainings employed so far to manage COVID-19 impact as well as to discuss what can be improved and how to identify effective strategies to manage the spread of COVID-19 in the hospital setting.
 
The virtual knowledge-sharing workshop on Efficacy of Knowledge Management in Responding to COVID-19 organized by the Maria Sklodowska-Curie Research Institute of Oncology and Alliance for Innovation – Polish American Foundation took place on Thursday, 24th September as a continuation of a series of workshops as part of Polish-American cooperation.
